Light stimulation of the dermal layers through Scratch Therapy combined with light Effleurage (Swedish) Massage techniques.
These sessions are ideal for full-body, regional or focused work and help to engage the "rest and digest" Parasympathetic Nervous System. This stimulation aids in encouraging endorphin, oxytocin and dopamine production.
